No star for this building. We can’t sleep. We are on top floor, you can hear the traffic in the midnight even we wear ear plugs and have fans on, and we have 2 nights to go. 😵‍💫 We booked here over one month ahead with a special requested, however, our flight was late so only had one last room for us. Good Credit only for friendly staffs.

This place was excellent! The service was exceptional. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and it was very clean. The breakfast was also excellent. My only negative, which is a room tip, is that our room was on the parking lot side which is adjacent to a major thru fare for the riverfront area. There were a lot of cars and motorcycles late at night showboating and making a lot of noise. A room on the opposite side would be much quieter and would then make the experience 5 star for me.

Positive: I liked the cleanliness of the room and Hotel in general. Underground parking was great. The desk help should have more knowledge of the surrounding area, most importantly places to eat and entertainment that are within walking distance from the Hotel. Negative: Location was a problem, since you could hear the outside traffic day and night. I would have liked a sitting area where you could sit with friends and family to enjoy a cigar in the shade, especially in the evening when it is the hottest outside.

Fantastic stay! We spent 4 nights here in a suite with 3 kids. It was clean and smelled great. The room was the perfect size for us. We had breakfast almost every morning and the woman running it was so sweet and did a great job keeping everything stocked. The front desk people were friendly, one night we came in late and he was baking cookies and offered them to the kids. So sweet! Would 100% stay again.
