Great customer service
Love In Action
Big improvement! Clear explanation, patience, fast services, call back almost immediately when you miss them, etc...... I can't be happier! I really feel home. I now see the importance of having a country and a good president. Well done staff at the Embassy of Rwanda in Washington D.C. ❤🙏🤝

Poor poor poor so bad the customer service are so terrible, rude, and disrespectful. The first thing is they never answer the phone calls, second, they don't give you the answer you want, third they don't know how to take care of people who need help trying to find something. Seems like they don't know what they are doing in that office pls get new customers service
