I want to publicly thank Mrs. Dubravka Sarenac. Mrs. Sarenac is an extremely pleasant and kind person, an employee who knows how to do her job, who wants to help everyone more than she can. BH citizens can be happy because we have a person like Mrs. Sarenac in the BH team. Thank you one more time. Family Vrtagic

Had anyone there to work. I call every day, no one answers. What is this, find people who want to work.

Dubravka is the most knowledgeable and friendliest embassy worker. We went to the bosnian embassy as I needed a passport for shipping my belongings to Bosnia and she was really friendly, thoughtful and helpful. I would highly recommend asking for dubravka the next time you need help here. She is just soo wonderful and thank God for people like this. She made my experience a meaningful one.

My personal one has expired and I haven't been to BiH for a long time because of this covid crisis. Can I extend it here in 🇺🇸. Thanks in advance

Identity cards and passports cannot be renewed, but a new one can be obtained through the embassy. It is necessary to have a birth certificate with JMB, a certificate of citizenship not older than 6 months, a document with a picture and it is necessary to come to the Embassy in Washington or the Consulate in Chicago.

HALLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I HAD SOMEONE TO CALL THAT PHONE 5 DAYS EVERY DAY 2 TIMES BEFORE AND AFTER WHEN HE BIT.

I was born in Bosnia, where I lived until 1992, when due to a family tragedy, I went to America, where I live to this day. My ID card has expired a long time ago, so please write me how I can get it at your embassy. Thanks.

Dear lady. Since you are not introduced at the Bosnian Embassy in the United States, you will have to obtain a power of attorney for the person you are applying to stay in when you go to BiH. With a power of attorney, the designated person must remove your birth certificate so that you can submit a request for any documents related to BiH
