Hi Ribika Once you fill the application and Uploaded your photo, you will see see your actual photo in the application, then proceed to upload, your scanned passport, on that step you don't see the passport photo, but you know you have uploaded it, click the submit buttom, it takes several tries, keep clicking the submit botton, it took me about 15 times clicking until the confirmation page showed up, then print it and send it along with the physical passport, the money order, (I didn't provide photos) because I flew to tbe embassy and the receptionist told me, I did not need photos) but the website says you need photos. (green color) The confirmation page is the application confirmation that you have to print and be send to the embassy along with passport, money order, photos, and pre-paid return label. Yes, your 3 month old will require a passport, within a week is not assured but you can expedite the process with some fee i guess. $150 for the passport. Not sure how much for expediting though. You can call embassy for more info.
