Chaotic - difficult to just walk in and find what. you need. But maybe that is the idea? When I was there on a Sunday, only two registers open so check-out took a while.

Standard bed-bath store. Good selection. Found just what we needed and it was reasonably priced. Sparsely staffed but with nice people. Checkout fast.

Omg the guy at the customer service area was Super RUDE!!! HE was just HORRIBLE!!! I went to check out my items and I told him as he was scanning the items that I was a member of the beyond +!! He growled at me and told me that I needed to tell him before he scanned my items that I was!! I had NO IDEA since I signed up for this the night before I came into the store!!! No SIGN or anything AT the store to indicate this either!!! I can’t read his RUDE mind!! He had Re-ring everything so Iget my discounts I am entitled to!! What a terrible and HORRIBLE man!!! He needs to be fired!!!
