Sam my salesperson was fantastic. I was all set to wait until August for my Altima. Sam made me aware of several models that were arriving in a week if I wanted one of those instead Dublin Nissan was willing to give me the same deal. Car arrived on time. Sam was a pleasure to deal with. I was able to complete the deal almost entirely by text messages. Car was the price we agreed upon on day of sale. Very happy with my experience. Sam was a very good person to work with. Sam was honest and the price was the price. I do not like buying cars and Sam made the experience as smooth and trouble free as one could hope for. I told Sam I just wanted the car. I was not pressured to buy anything I did not want. The dealership was fantastic not pushing unwanted items. I was stretching to afford the car and Dublin Nissan made the deal happen at the price we agreed on. I could not be happier. Thank you Sam and Dublin Nissan. Very good experience would recommend Dublin Nissan and my salesperson Sam to anyone looking for a car. Great experience. Very much appreciate that Dublin Nissan was charging MSRP or below. I think everyone is going to remember which car companies were gouging prices during the pandemic. Dublin Nissan charged a fair price. I will always remember that Dublin Nissan had a fair price while all other brands and dealerships were charging ridiculous Market adjustment ADM. Dublin Nissan did not and sold me the car at a fair price. That will be remembered when I need another car down the road. Thank you. Daniel H

I worked with Carlos who was good for his word, understanding, professional, and took the time I needed for lengthier explanations. My car is running beautifully with it's new transmission. The car was clean inside and out when I picked it up. The only reason I may not purchase a new car at this dealer is because we live in Southern CA...but who knows. Definitely recommend Dublin Nissan.

It was the best service, while buying a car, I’ve ever experienced! Sam was great throughout the process and made it smooth and simple. No hassles and was able to get the cat I’ve wanted and even for a great price! Maybe after more years to come, I can get my GTR!

Not happy the service department over charging for simple services. Lof and rotate $232.00 no crankcase cleaning and no additives used to justify the high cost. Just oil and filter plus labor. air filter and cabin filter. Charged my elderly mother $160.00 for a cabin filter and tried to justify with a 15%discount. Same with engine air filter overcharged and then discounted 15%. Same visit slammed her for a $324.00 brake flush $270. For labor on brake flush!! Are these guys following basic labor guidelines for jobs? I don’t know the manager won’t return my calls. I’ll be sending a copy of my repair order to the BAR. Are they gouging everyone or just old ladies?? Price check before going in all dealers charge different price for same service. Oh yeah she was only there for a recall and Carlos seen a live one on the hook and totally got her for $1000.00 no joke. Hope he has a great month at honest people’s expense. Stay away from Dublin Ni$$an unless you’re rich.
