My son has been going here for about 2 months and he loves it. The coaches are all amazing people. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to built confidence or if your looking for a workout. The coach is building a 24 hour gym next door and it looks pretty cool. Glad I chose this gym. Legacy!

Awesome gym! I’m 32 and have no boxing experience, just wanted to get into shape. Ive been going for about 3 months now and love it! Started bring my 4 yr old daughter and it’s been a great experience for both of us. Great people, great work out, and a great sport. Can’t recommend it enough.

I’ve been training at this gym to compete for almost a year now, and I can’t recommend it enough. Coach Shad is very good a making sure people feel welcome and comfortable in the gym, and is a great coach. Whether you just want to come in for some casual exercise and a good experience, or train to compete there is something for everyone.

I don't feel it's fair to leave a review for the Legacy Boxing Club for 2 reasons. #1 there isn't enough stars! #2, The camaraderie, determination, learning and molding that goes on here, cannot be described in words. You simply have to come here and experience it yourself. Coach Shad and his assistant coaches are molding the minds and bodies of the people that attend training into better people. Every person that attends, helps one another out, ages 5 to 50! Shad teaches more than just stance and form, he teaches the importance of being a good person. In a world that says you need to look or act a certain way, him and his team help pave the way by teaching these young minds to see that the way of life, is to be yourself. It's great there and they teach you everything that you need to know and it helps your health and it's fun and they motivate you so much and the coaches are so awesome and you can do it too
The classes are held at the same time and people are generally put into groups based on age and skill. They do a rotation of exercises so people of different levels and ages can have class together but catered to their needs.
5:15 monday through friday. Monday wedsnday Thursday also have a 6 PM session
