Review was a 5 start until I realized they are incompetent and or didn't care that they schedule me for a study my insurance didn't cover (even after I said that I had been told it wouldn't, they said it would) and then I was told they schedule me because they thought they would have the credential by then which wasted months of my life, I could have been getting treatment else where instead they waited on a hope and a prayer that they would get insurance money instead of being up front.

During my appointment the doctor i saw constantly talked over me so i wasnt really able to properly explain what was going on with me. He then proceeded to tell me that i was wrong about what is going on inside my head. The doctor was also kinda rude and talked to me like i was stupid. During the entire appointment i was only able to get out a few short sentences. I dont recommend his services towards people with mental disabilities who have a very hard time with communication. The rest of the staff were all very kind and helpful though.

Lack of quality, sufficient sleep on a regular basis can negatively impact your physical health, emotional well-being, and safety. In addition, it can put you at greater risk for heart disease, high blood pressures, obesity, diabetes and other serious illnesses. On the other hand, the amount of sleep each person needs varies with age. For babies, they typically need about 16 hours a day and teens should get around 9 hours of sleep each night. Most adults require 7 to 8 hours a night, although some people may need as few as 5 hours or as many as 10 hours of sleep each day. Here's what you get when you have a quality sleep on a regular basis: (1) Wake up easily without feeling as though you need another 12 hours shut-eye, (2) Have quicker reflexes, clearer thought processes and a spring in your step and energy and enthusiasm to spare, (3) Reduce your risk for serious illnesses and accidents. Therefore, better sleep really does lead to a better life. All of the above are attainable goals especially with our experts at Central Washington Sleep Diagnostic Center. Central Washington Sleep Diagnostic Center | Aug 23, 2021

A lot of people who suspect they have sleep disorder don’t seek treatment because of common misconceptions about what a diagnosis entails. A doctor will require sleep study if you have symptoms of sleep apnea, such as heavy snoring and being sleepy during the day or if lack of sleep is hurting your quality of life or raising safety issues. Sleep study or also known as polysomnography is a simple test where your pulse, breathing, movement, and oxygen levels will be recorded. There are two ways a person can choose where they can get the test. It is either from home or in the center. Either of the two will get the same results. Your sleep care team here at Central Washington Sleep Diagnostic Center will gather the results as our sleep expert analyzes and determine whether or not you have sleep disorder that may harm your health. Our experts will also be able to decide whether you are mild, moderate or severe. Sleep is an essential part of our life, try to improve it and have a healthy life.
