Horrible service and customer care. XSM/Hunter wrongfully routed my connection to an adjacent tenant, resulting in frequent, daily outages for my employees and myself. Paid for a connection for over a year that I never had access to. When I requested a technician to come on site to fix the issue they never showed up. I would highly advise anyone to stay clear of this company.

1st of all "price for life".... I love you guys! I turned in all my Comcast equipment the same day you guys hooked me up. I get the same channels ( no live news ) but that's OK faster Internet speed for 200+ dollars less. Your streaming service your Internet service powers every computer every television in my 2200 ft² house flawlessly, And my walls are wood and plaster.. You guys rock.
