If Josh says he can replace the truss rod in your guitar. Don't let him unless you want to ruin it. Keep finding more and more that he bro ke on my Gibson J-30. Horrible. Edit: he had the guitar to work on for a year and a half.

Wife took a guitar to be restrung. They did it right away. She bought several accessories. Polite courtesy staff and reasonable prices. Sadly owner is retiring this summer so no more business.
