1 Star cause they answered the phone. I was trying to ask him about a $69 for 2 windows groupon promotion I found online. He said it would be $299 total if i added 2 small wing windows and a back window with no slider for my F150. so thats $231 for two small windows and a back window! He is trying to rip people off, most expensive place in town. Precision tint call Tony they got your tint needs!!!

I have tried giving these guys a chance to sell me something about a dozen times over the past few years. The guys up front just know nothing about their products, or their display doesn’t work and they say, well, I guess we can’t hear speakers. If you can’t get a display to work how are people going to trust you with their vehicles? The guys also don’t know the product lines and constantly mix up component and coaxial speakers. They don’t know prices or where things sit in the product line comparatively. Every time I try to give them a chance, it reminds me why I shop online or go to the other “toy” store when I want to hear a product display that works. Likely they guys working the front are just taking orders from unsuspecting people who have no clue and trust this shop.

Duuuuude I found my new sound spot thanks to a recommendation from another sound place! And it’s no wonder why they sent me there. The place is rad they do custom stuff the Customer Service it Top Tier!!! I’m talkin wholehearted customer service. I really appreciate them and their service. Thanks guys I’ll be back!

First time customer. I walked in cold, and Kenny came right up and asked how he could help. I told him about what I was looking to do for my truck (new touchscreen deck with backup camera). He looked at my rig, then we went in and he wrote up a plan, with parts and labor, all from memory, talking about each item and showing me a Kenwood deck he recommended. In our conversation he earned my trust, and we scheduled the install. The day came, and they had the job done in a few hours. They showed me how to use my new system and I was off.
