Valvoline Instant Oil Change

We waited in line for an hour with two cars ahead of us and an hour to get the oil changed and a fuel filter replaced. The employees were very nice and helpful. If you have a couple hours to kill then I highly recommend this place.

Be very careful about using Groupons here. I learned a very valuble lesson. Service is just fine, standard oil change. It is nice to not have to make an appointment. But it certainley taught me a lesson. I purchased a Groupon for a Full Synthetic change for $45 that stated " Includes up to 5 quarts of Valvoline oil (diesel quarts may vary), standard filter (premium or canister filters are extra), lube & maintenance check; Taxes not included and may be collected at the time of service if applicable". After services wer preformed I was asked to pay another $48 dollars, and the service person told me I should not have had to pay for the Groupon. Ultimately this was my mistake, I normally go to Prior' Chevron Auto Care, and I regret trying someone else. I settled for Valvoline because they don't require an appointment and I needed the service on short notice. Long story short, if you have time to make an appointment; go to Prior's Chevron Auto Care. Always great and quick service, and a Full Synthetic Change Groupon is $45. I've used them many times and have never been asked to pay more than that besides tax.

Came in 30 tell close... I know thats not to nice but I was handled by professionals. Sterling and his Crew got me in and out did an amazing job and treated with the best customer service one of the reasons I will always go to valvoline!!

Fast, professional service, always willing to answer any questions. They conduct a good vehicle inspection; testing lights, tire pressure, and battery life. Fluid levels are all checked, as well as air filter.
