I started taking classes in October of 2021 at a few studios in the Bay Area and Dublin has been the best studio by far. Coaches always have great music, tons of motivation and put their members needs first. Their front desk staff always knows everyone by name and know how to handle every situation. Best way to spend an hour of my day and have fun. If you haven’t checked out OTF Dublin, yet you are missing out!

Orangetheory Fitness Dublin is the best OTF studio that I have attended… and I’ve been to many. I’ve been a member for over 4.5 years, and the knowledge and friendliness of the staff is great. All the coaches are good. Coach Paul is one of their best. Great presence, music, and ability to take a class of 30+ and treat it like an individualized personal training session. Paul does a great job at leading these large group sessions. Great studio and I’ll be back to OTF Dublin.

It's effective and it really works. The coaches are amazing. ( no pressure but motivational quotes will help during my session) The workout music as well. Thank you for being a unique place for people like me to come and workout without the fear of being judged or falling behind bc I am not like everyone else in the class. :)

I can't say enough good things about this location. I joined about a month ago and was a little nervous but felt comfortable as soon as the class started with Coach Paul. I feel happy and confident again and I can't get enough of the classes! I've been to two other locations while traveling for work and visiting friends but the Dublin location has my heart! Highly recommend giving it a shot!!

Yes OTF has free weights, but the classes are all guided. People don't use them without the instructor.

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!
Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.
Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.
Splat Points indicate minutes spent in the orange and red zones. Aim for 12 or more Splat Points per class.
Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.
We’ll ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes before workout and avoid congregating in the lobby.

Our workout room has a variety of equipment including treadmills (bikes and striders as alternatives), WaterRowers, and floor equipment including dumbbells, benches, TRX suspension trainers, medicine balls, BOSU trainers and AB Dollys.
Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. We use heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise. When wearing our heart rate monitors, your real-time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. To top it off, our fitness coaches lead the workout to prevent you from overtraining or undertraining.
OTbeat™ is our exclusive heart rate monitoring technology. Members have the unique experience of seeing real-time data during their workout, enabling them to push themselves to new limits. After class, they can then monitor their improvements through emailed results and by using the Orangetheory Fitness app.
