I like Barnes and Noble! Huge selection of books! I wish there were more in the way of records, CDs and DVD/BLU-Ray, but books are awesome.

WHAT A BOOKSTORE ! 1. The Staff: My goodness, the level of customer service here is amazing. Their enthusiasm, persistence to help me get a book or an alternative and their smile. THey really make me feel welcome 2. The Collection: Coming from New Zealand, I have never seen any book store this big. So I was completely blown away at their collection. 3. Cafe: Starbucks + Books is a winning combo anyday so thank you for that experience. In a time when we all are going for cheaper things online, let us appreciate the shopping experience provided by places such as this. Keep up the awesome work team. With an attitude and approach that you have in this store, I pray you continue to thrive.

Today is 4/5/22 and my visit was at about 2:30. I felt discriminated against today. If it wasn't that it was at least poor customer service... My son wanted to buy an entire series of books but the first book was missing from the shelf so we asked the staff and he just said all the books were out w/o even looking. It was not our first time buying series at this store and previous staff always looked up the books and provided us with info and options. Then when at the register, the staff, who happens to be the same person (I don't want to name him but his name starts with "T"), ran us up w/o asking if we were members. I noticed that previous customers were all asked that question. We brought is up and was given our member's benefit. He just dropped the receipt with any greetings or anything, which was different from how other customers were treated. Maybe it's because I was Asian... anyways, it really ruined my day...
