My passport was received at the embassy on June 15th for a visa. I paid for 2 days processing. I included a prepaid return envelope. As of today, it has not been scanned by UPS; the cut off time for next day delivery is 12pm. I m set to miss my flight to Europe. Therefore, I will miss my flight to Mali. I will now be unable to travel on the same flight with family due to this negligence. I called multiple times. Since Friday, At first, it seemed like someone is willing to help but I don't seem to get anywhere. There were some nuances when I was communicating with the staff that I will not put on this review; it s discouraging. DISAPPOINTED!

First I wish I could give them 0 stars. They're totally unprofessional, never answer the phone, even if they do, your problem will never be resolved From Mr, konate, to Mrs Diallo, etc...They're all the same, can barely even speak French, or English, so corrupt...they operate a business like back home in Mali. Very Very shameful. t's time for our new generation to stop this.

No, you do not need one as long as you stay in the airport
Only with appointment.
You have to be a Malian citizen in order to qualify for a Malian passport.
Print application online, provide all required information needed and personally take it to MALI embassy in DC.
I don't know about Visa, but the passport took around a month. The Visa should be less than
No you actually don't, you can just walk in and pay the fees and get your visa the same day.
birth certificate, nina card or the paper showing your nina number, a payment of 100$ that you Will make the transaction on the internet ,they Will give you the site info and 2 passport photos
all you have To do is bring your ils passport, they Will give tou the website where you can make the payment and show them the receipt for the payment
To be honest it Will at least take about 2 months,sometimes a bit earlier,i think it all dépends on how many applications they have
