I have been calling for so many months and there is no answer plus she says leave the message and the phone number as soon as she starts leaving a message, the embassy is closed. It is useless that I can exist. People who are not responsible for the workplace and without respect for the Albanian community. Take the other embassies in they answer the phone directly, only those from the Albanian embassy do not answer. Don't forget who you are getting the money from........🤔

It is the second time today that I am writing to the Albanian Embassy in DC (after 10 days of waiting). I will also check if I can communicate with them. The same thing happens with their website in Albania, when I make requests for documents, no one answers. Wondering if they really care to work or solve our problems outside our Motherland.

I wish i can give you minus, they never answer the phone but they want to write them on their email. Worthless people that can't do their job.

As an American citizen I believe you can stay as long as you want, including retirement. This is what i have heard I know Albanian Americans retire in Albania all the time so i don't see how it would be ane issue. I would check with the us gov again because as far as i know the three month policy only applies to green card. Again I don't work at the embassy better check to make sure but from what I've heard you should be able to stay as long as you want hope you have safe travels and good Vacation if your traveling for a vacation.
You can have a Power of Attorney in Consulate. You can consult e-albania
This is a question for the US embassy in Albania. It is this embassy that issues visa for Albanian citizens. You can you to the website of the US embassy in Albania and you can find the requirements to get a US visa.
Your passport should be valid for at least three months beyond your stay. You may enter the Republic of Albania as a tourist without a visa. You may stay up to one year in Albania without applying for a residency permit .
It's very easy, just contact them and they will give you the information and show you what forms you need to fill out.
For staying in the USA and all the other issues related to it, refer to the US Embassy website in Tirana.
