Service is absolutely chaotic ! The only reason why I'm rating 1 star is because Google didn't set zero or negative star number. I wondering if they went through any proper basic customer service training after they have been hired ! They can even hit you over the phone if it was possible ! They can even make difference between USPS first class mail and USPS priority mail, always rude with customer over the phone. ...

Absolute disaster! Called in this morning after several unsuccessful attempts yesterday, with a question on how to obtain a visa to Benin. A lady finally came on. She was revolting to say the least. No clue in public relations, extremely rude, and does not even have the patience or time to listen to what I have to say. She hung up the phone on me three times before I could tell her that I was looking for a visa to Benin.

A friend in Cotonou is trying to obtain his money from his dead father's will. He claims that he has paid the Administrative Judges more than 200,000 E. The judges have imposed late penalties and want more money. Is this a SCAM? Too expensive!

I asked this question before! Is there a health organization in the Benin republic called Unified Africa! I can only find Unicef and WHO ! I was told there main office there is in the town of Abomey and they are working in the town of Cotonou !

They are many health organizations in Benin. UNICEF is the most popular but we have others NGO'S that handle health issues
