Hands down the best customer service ever, they were so nice . I've called multiple times before and after my visit asking questions and making sure I'm doing everything right and they were always positive and able to help me. They even took their time making sure the pictures were good 😊. It was easy and fast visit! Thank you so much ❤️🇧🇬

No, last time I did it I had to go there. Call them and ask them but I doubt it is any different now. They have to also fingerprint you and take a picture of you.
