We parked at this location on October 8th, 2022 at around 5:30 PM. There was an event at the Capital One Arena that required us to pay a $35 fee up front. We paid for the parking and went inside the garage but when we tried to leave the garage at around 8:30 PM, the cashier inside the booth tried to collect a payment from us when we had already paid. When we explained that we had already paid and showed the credit card payment for proof of transaction, the booth attendant rudely started to scream that we needed to pay until two other people had to come, one of them being the person whom we paid up front to in order to park. We had to argue with them for several minutes on end in order to get out even with PROOF OF PAYMENT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ANY COST. They were extremely rude and they will try to scam you.

Parked here for the Panic at the Disco concert at Capital One. Parking was easy, ended up on level 3. Loved being able to go straight into the venue. The problem was after. They collect the tickets from every single car, causing a major jam to exit. We waited about 45 minutes for the levels above us to move. Then inched along for about 20 more minutes to exit. This is really unacceptable. I would have gladly parked a block or two away and been able to leave the area an hour earlier! I had used SpotHero & prepaid. I had to scan my qr code to enter and then again to exit. A complete waste of time.

There’s no real exit. You have to walk up the ramp which would be a hassle if you have kids or items with you. But there’s a good amount of parking and pre purchasing your parking time is super easy. It did take a few tries for the machine to read my QR code though.

No problems with using this parking garage. I've been there several times over the last several yrs without any complaints.
