Clean and spacious King room w/sofa bed, nice and quiet hotel with the best breakfast we have seen in a hotel in 2 years plus! Hospitality was great, would stay here again

I made a reservation online for Queen w. private room and when I arrive and the room I paid for was not available. Mark updated that info online so that the room was not showing available online. Mark at the front desk apologize and gave me a Queen/Studio which was excellent. Very spacious, and big. When I got to the room I did my usual inspection. The sofa bed linen had so much mold. I call the front desk and immediately a guy came in and changed everything with fresh linen which I was very thankful for. When I went to shower the bathroom was clean but it smelled like sewage. I know it sounds horrible but it was manageable. When I went to check out due to all the inconvenience we were not charged which honestly, I was not expecting at all. I will definitely be back. Btw, breakfast was delicious.

The bathroom toilet wasn’t working I ask the cleaning lady if she can clean our room she said not today tomorrow I was very suppressed how dirty the bathroom was and the tub I think mass ave is a better hotel than this they have this place with people form the shelter or something staying there hallways smelled like weed at night!!! This hotel use to be good what happen

Clean rooms and great service. We had an issue with our toilet and they moved us to another room right away. We’ve stayed here several times and each stay has been great. The bar downstairs is wonderful as well.
