Anybody complaining about slow response times, not being able to take a report in person. Or feelings that CHP are not doing enough. Just know that they are limited to what they can do. They are underfunded. And held back by some of the most soft on crime laws in our country. If you want a better police department. And a cleaner, safer city. Vote for politicians who are willing to get tuff on crime. And when local elections come around. Don't be afraid to vote for anything that may help fund our city or police department.

I had a large sum of $ stolen from me by a resident named Rachael Braden on September 12th. Rachael admitted to stealing the money via text and there's surveillance cameras at the ATM. I've been in contact with CHPD for 3 weeks and they've done nothing. The Citrus Heights police department are extremely slow in their actions, they just don't seem to care about pursuing criminal investigations.
