Yes you can call there and book it also going in us alot easier. But on there new website you can try to do it online and see if that part is up and running. But going in is alot easier. Hope this helps

You can do your own party there just buy pizza and get all you can play cards with points or time, bring your kid's cake. In the internet they have a lot of coupons that you can use to save money. I did it with my daughter last month and I saved half of the money from packages and the 12 kids had so fun. Tip: if you can get all you can play card with time, you have one hour to expired the card, (depending how much time you will buy) so get a couple and you and another person can use the cards fast with all the kids. Or if you want just to rest points is ok.

I think they start @ $100 but it depends on what family wants to book. Some families choose to bring their own cake, party supplies,etc. which cuts down on costs.
