I wish there was a negative star to give, WORST PLACE EVER! They mistreat the elderly! DO NOT take your love ones there. When we realized what was going on, taking out my mother of the facility was extremely difficult, like she was in jail & we’re breaking her out. They will not discharge her, they don’t care about the patients or their families.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. If you have a loved one here you have to be crazy. This place is TERRIBLE, I wouldn’t put my dog here, this place literally looks like jail. Extremely nasty, they barely have equipment for the patients. Oh and administration tries to intimidate the staff. I refused a unit due to unsafe conditions, I’m not putting my nursing license on the line for this place and the administrator told me I was refusing my assignment, no I never refused my assignment I just wasn’t about to risk my license for them. And how can you be an administrator and leave your staff short? I would NEVER work another shift in that place. This place needs to be closed down.

First I want to say I give 4 stars because no one is perfect! Now I have worked here through agency and my personal opinion is the staff is AWESOME.......(calling names) John, Tonja, Debi, Tonya, Roosevelt, are just some of the staff I have met and they are very very helpful now everyone does there job differently and what I have seen in this building is TEAMWORK I LOVE IT...... the Outcome of a great atmosphere is here at South sub Hopefully I get another chance to visit again I really had a wonderful experience Thank you so much for welcoming me into your home 💪🏿💪🏿❤❤❤

My mother was in this nursing home and was not treated like a human being. Some of the workers were very nasty and had bad attitudes. She was always hungry. I would not put my dog there.
