They sold me a 2008 Ford Expedition Limited some time back. Ended up stranded because they never bothered to check in their supposedly "thorough inspection" if the spare tire in the vehicle was the right wheel for the truck. Instead of a properly sized wheel it was a 15" wheel from something like a Dodge Dakota. I ended up stranded twice in two weeks because I lost two tires and couldn't put on the spare. When I called them about it, I was told I'd be given compensation. When I didn't hear back, I called again and got a runaround about how it had been several years since I bought the truck (despite it being the same spare wheel from purchase and it not being something one would notice until you got a flat tire and needed it, and wouldn't be easy to notice without having the truck up on a lift) and so they wouldn't even give me a couple hundred bucks to replace the spare (which the vehicle was advertised as having upon purchase). So if you want to be left stranded because the dealership can't be bothered to check the rusty spare wheel on the bottom of the truck, then this is the place for you! Personally, I don't and so I'll never be back and I make sure to relay this story to everyone looking for a car. I hope refusing to compensate me for a $200-300 dollar wheel that the vehicle was advertised as having included was worth it!

Boch Hyundai is the real deal. I have had Hyundai for around d 20 years. My last couple cars have been thru Boch Hyundai because of their location to me. You are treated like family, a close Family. I would not go anywhere else. They are the best.

Wow. What an amazing experience all around for buying my new 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. Everyone provided exceptional customer service, our salesman Handy was early for both of our appointments and was so helpful with everything. Highly recommend, they were very transparent about everything, not a single pushy person which was a great change from different dealers I have dealt with in the past. The online salesman Sean contacted me with urgency when there was only one deep sea blue tucson hybrid left, out of the four they originally took in, because he knew that was the exact vehicle I wanted and wanted to make sure we got it.
