The Primrose School of Columbus Downtown is an amazing and wonderful center for our infant daughter from about 10 weeks. I had my apprehensions at first, but, they have a great process, superb quality control, fantastic teachers and excellent leadership! The program and experience for our infant has been extremely beneficial to her all round growth and development. Her teachers have been awesome and instrumental in her rapid development. The level of care, love and patience they provide is quite evident in the way our daughter responds to being left in class! She loves it and looks forward to school everyday. The leadership team are hands on, servant leaders who lead by example. There was a day when our little one spiked a temperature and the way the situation was handled and communicated was excellent! This is only one example but this staff is on point all day everyday. We are first time parents who work full time and our daughter is a high energy infant! The Primrose School of Columbus Downtown has done an excellent job of taking care of our baby and channeling all of her energy into creative learning experiences! Highly recommend this wonderful school! P.S. - The Procare mobile app lets us know every detail - feeding, diaper change, naps and pictures and videos. Big plus and provides great comfort!

I cannot say enough about the staff at Primrose Columbus Downtown. We have had a great experience from day one and can tell that they genuinely care about the kids. The teachers are so patient and kind with our young son and we are consistently impressed with all of the new things he learns on a weekly basis. He can't wait to get out of the car when we get to Primrose each day and I always leave feeling good about where he spends his days.

We have been attending the Primrose Downtown location for a couple of months now and wanted to take the moment commend all of the staff at this location. This is our first experience with using daycare for our infant and I am very impressed at the responsivenss, caring nature, cleanliness and great communication with all of his teachers (Ms. Hubbard) and leadership(Matt and Megan) at this location. We had previously used in home sitters for our other boys, but can attest that Downtown Primrose feels just like a in home daycare. We love all the updates we receive throughout the day and noted that all the staff cares for the kids as if they were their own. The location is perfect for us since it is only about 10-15 minutes from work. I would definitely recommend other coworkers and other families that are looking for high quality daycare. 👌

Our son has been attending Primrose Downtown since he was 3 months old, and our experience has been wonderful. From Mrs. Hubbard (when he was an infant) to Ms. DesMarias as a toddler - the teachers and support staff have been incredible. I have never once felt uncomfortable leaving him in their care and it's amazing to see the skills he's learned in such a short time.
