Worst run primrose in Columbus!! Owners are ridiculous and Teacher turnover is high so your child always has different teachers. They treat the teachers terrible. They look for any reason to send your child home and you can"t question them about anything or they will threaten to kick your kids out -

Been attending this daycare since the day they opened. All 4 of my children has been cared for and we have been very happy with our years spent here!

I am a former Lead Pre-K Teacher for this location and in complete honesty, this is one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. The owners of this location are abusive and immoral in their treatment of not only their employees, but the families who attend the school as well. If you ask for time off, you are reprimanded. Don't want to work overtime every week? Again, expect to be belittled if you make this choice. If you want to take a lunch break, you are looked down upon. At one point, myself, my co-lead, and our float teacher were all out sick. Myself and the float were both hospitalized at this time and instead of being able to deal with our health issues, we were threatened with having our jobs taken and accused of lying, as was my co-lead. Little to no in classroom training is offered and therefore you are facing unemployment if you aren't following the Primrose standards. Upon turning in my two week notice, I had strep throat and could not finish out the 2 weeks. They knocked me down to minimum wage and sent out a nasty email to let me know that I don't care about children and they let my families know that since I did not return. Very toxic and I am surprised they have not yet been shut down, especially given that at the time of my employment, the owners had firearms hidden on the premises. Again, very unfortunate because the families were amazing and my co-workers were all doing their best, given what we were up against. My advice? Don't bother applying if you want to keep your sanity in tact.

I know of several former teachers who left because the work conditions are unacceptable. The owners expect them to come to work, even if they're sick and exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms. Obviously, they don't care about exposing the other employees or the infants to illness. This location needs reported.
