Jose, the service professional helping me was awesome. He had a very welcoming energy and was patient and thorough in answering my questions, even with a possibly longer list than average. He gave me confidence that all the services recommended were of value and reminded me why I love having my vehicle maintenance done at this location. The personnel are, also, just very natural and down to earth, which puts you at ease. Makes for a pleasant experience, over all... which I can definitely not say about everywhere I have taken cars in the past. Come to think of it, since I started bringing my car here for everything and doing the services they recommend at certain miles, it has not needing anything, outside of standard maintenance (break pads, new air filters and the like)... has, honestly, given me a great new sense of security. I am grateful!
