Said I was impolite when inquiring about a package delivery. I was requested to contact the third party that sent package to change the delivery time. I did that and the ups still didn't not comply with the simple request to adjust a delivery time to afternoon. I will never use ups if I don't have to ever again

This place is legitimately the WORSE! I was supposed to get two packages delivered to my place on Friday, nothing was supposed to be signed for. I called because I received a email stating the package was going to be dropped off at a drop off location. I called in rage because it was for my business overseas and it had to driven to another state for someone to fly back. Customer service told me the driver "used their discretion", I'm sorry people don't get paid to use their discretion. They get paid to DO THEIR JOB, DELIEVER THE PACKAGES!!!!! Fast forward, I went to this place and although I was mad I was talking calmly first and the manager Dan Kelly laughed in my face and that made me furious. Nothing was done either. I went in my car to relax and went back in then to talk to Steve. He said they were going to do something, which we agreed on and a week later NOTHING HAS GOTTEN DONE!

I ordered a guitar from Guitar Center, which was shipped via UPS. The package was out for delivery on a Wednesday, but was never delivered. The UPS driver pulled up to my house, and was parked there for at least five minutes before making an angry phone call, presumably to a supervisor. They then drove off after the call without delivering anything. By the end of the day, the tracking app said the package was not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, which seemed odd considering a UPS truck had come to my house. I called customer service the next day, who told me my apartment number was missing. I informed them that the address was correct and it was quite clearly a house in the middle of the suburbs, not an apartment complex. Customer service told me the package would go back out for delivery the next day to the confirmed house address. After waiting two more days and watching the tracking app, the package never went out for delivery. I called customer service again, who told me I could pick the package up at the Norwood UPS warehouse. When I went to pick it up, they brought the package out and it was heavily damaged. The box had multiple rips and was so crushed that you could see the outline of the guitar. I refused to take the package, and had it refunded through Guitar Center. This experience with UPS was very disappointing. Hopefully the guitar I ordered with the refund will show up in one piece.
