Everyone kept asking if I needed help (and helped) whenever I walked around like a headless chicken. Had what I was looking for, although sometimes in very limited quantities. Good selection of resedential mowers and trimmers. Some good commercial equipment too. Go-to for repairs and replacements.

I was looking at sheds at this store outside and it told me to contact the rep. I'm more home a Lowe's guy but, people have been telling me to give Home Depot a chance. I contacted the Area Sales Manager (Anne Marie) and asked specific questions regarding wood vs resin sheds and pros and cons. I also asked specific questions regarding the warranty with the wood sheds as she stated that they don't sell resin sheds and sell the engineered wood sheds and they are top notch. None of my questions were answered and she sent me a website to read lots of material and it wasn't what I was looking for in terms of information. She stated that I sounded like I had my mind set on resin sheds, I didn't have my mind set on resin sheds. I had my mind on collecting as much information as possible so I can make the best decision possible but, she couldn't provide any info to me. Even in regards to pricing all I was was (all of our sheds on online, choose one and you can see the price). My recommendation is this Area Sales Manager just needs some coaching and re-training on warranties, product, and interpersonal skills.

Norwood store: no greets, looked rough. Kitchen & Bath: good in stock condition, no offered help, vanity aisle a disaster (product pulled into aisle, opened). Got what i needed, though. Store needs more help.

As far as home Depot stores go this one is about the same. Clean, organized and You will often find employees that can direct you to the right aisle for something, but finding someone who can help you. Well just like most home Depot stores.. Only if you are lucky.
