We made an appointment for a quote on window & door replacements. Our salesperson Samuel Minsky was on time & very knowledgeable explaining the difference between materials & the whole process involved. He worked with us & was able to get us to a price we felt comfortable with. Very professional & personable. We haven't had the install yet & I'll add an update on that process after it occurs.

Over priced. Was talked into the promo of buy 1 get 1 free window and life time warranty.. it's not a life time warranty and its definitely not buy 1 get 1.. went with them because I didnt do enough research on my end and was pressured into signing that day or I 'lose my deal'... fast forward. They werent able to come for the set install date. Which is was 6 months after I signed the contract. They cancelled multiple times because 'they didnt have my parts' when i got upset and said I was cancelling my contract magically they were available the very next day. I notice 1 window is extremely drafty because it's in the pantry. They come out fix it. Next window my sons windows in his bedroom (4 windows) are all slightly drafty. Never noticed before because he didnt sleep in his own room. Now he does and now I notice the draft. I have to pay for them to come out to access the windows. It is what it is, I need my 12k windows to be sealed and not leak any of the below 0° weather from outside to inside my sons room. But a lifetime warranty to having to pay for service visits is far from what I was told. The installation team was very on point, on time and polite. It's the business/professional end that doesn't live up to their standards/promises
