We bought a gas log in November and waited almost 4 months for delivery and installation. The log makes a very loud noise, especially when it’s off. We called and asked for service and we’re told not much could be done!! Mike said he would have our salesperson call us. That never happened. Terrible customer service. We are very disappointed considering the amount of money we spent.

My wife and I went to several places to shop around when our wood burning fireplace insert went kaput. The staff, management, and most of all the technicians were tremendously helpful in seeing it all through. On top of that, the selection was better than most. We left the store better educated than when we’d arrived, and armed with material to make a well informed buying decision. We’ve had the Regency Pro Hi500 stove for two years now and have zero complaints. Not a single one. I see there’s a one star review for length of time to dispatch. Not sure it warrants a 1 star for the whole outfit if you’re reaching out in winter. Recommend planning ahead and calling at the end of the burning season, not the start of it. Highly recommended by us! Will buy here again down the line when needed.

Yeah I seen Jodi there and she's an outstanding sales person a good person . She went way out of her way to accommodate me they don't sell my type of stove but she found the part she even called the stove manufacturer to make sure I got the right parts for my wood stove I would strongly recommend this place

Super knowledgeable and personable! I just spent an hour on the phone with Jodi, fully knowing I would not be a customer. She walked me through the ins and outs of replacing an insert and ultimately saved us unfathomable amounts of time, money and stress. When we replace our gas fireplace insert we will DEFINITELY purchase it through these guys.

Yes I believe they install pretty much everything they sell or can point you to an installer... I was in there a few days ago and the showroom is big with lots of fireplace/pellet/wood stove models.

you can't have two regulators and I believe Weber makes an adapter that converts the 5 gallon to a regular 20 gallon tank
