The package is restricted and said it can't be picked up at a different location the only option i get is to return to sender And I work full time Monday thru Friday so I can't just go there during the week the earliest I can be there is 5pm Monday thru Friday
If you can, go into UPS's online tracking system and request that your package be held for pickup. UPS has a network of business locations they've partnered with for pick ups and you may get one more convenient to you with better hours. You can also call UPS's customer service with the tracking number and have your package held. As of yesterday, this location is only open 8am to noon, Monday to Friday
Yes, you have to use the Employee Parking and go up ALL THOSE STEPS to the security booth (with a mask on). Bring your Notice (slip) and let them know why you're picking up there. Make sure it's during their hours. I went at 1:30pm on NYE and there was only a skeleton crew (they closed at noon). If I'd gotten there earlier, they could have helped. I believe that location is usually open until 8pm.
