Worst service experience I have ever endured. Playing games and making me wait for my truck till the absolute end of the day. Deciding to cut a 900 dollar part out instead of taking the time to separate an ac line. Didn’t tell me they were going to cut the part out until I picked the truck up. Wouldn’t let me see the part that was cut out. Just told me it was already gone and couldn’t be retrieved. My back wheels look like they were under the truck the whole time it was bing worked on so they were filthy. Some kind of oil sprayed all over my third row seats. The list goes on.

Our sales person JT Price was so knowledgeable, he took the time to go through every feature of the vehicle and helped us seamlessly set up the GMC app as well as Onstar. The Finance Manager Tim, made the lease process quick and he fully explained all of our options. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and welcoming from the lot person to the management. I've been getting my vehicle serviced here for years. I was in for routine maintenance and rear brake service on my vehicle this trip. I was promptly greeted, just a minor delay getting paperwork signed to start the work but to be expected on a Saturday morning. Overall, total time spent was about what I expected. Advisor was personable and thorough with costs of repairs including rebate for brake service during writeup and closing out paperwork.
