Showed up with a party of 7. I really expected a long wait but we were seated immediately. Our waitress was busy but attentive and quick. Our food was there quickly. Everyone enjoyed their burgers and the shakes were amazing.

My wife and I ate here and the food was very good. I’ve had better hamburgers, but the fries were the best I’ve ever had! The banana split was awesome too. We will definitely eat here again when back in Pigeon Forge.

Really cool old school styled diner. They have good cheeseburgers, hot dogs / chili dogs, bbq pork, grilled chicken sandwiches, pot roast dinners and the rest of your usual diner food. Our service was great and we really enjoyed our dining experience.

AMAZING food & the best Country Ham in the whole area. Burgers are juicy. Staff is as sweet as the milkshakes. Always eat here at least 2x.

What everyone above said plus they asked us if we had been exposed or had fevers before seating us. Mel's is AWESOME! We went twice this last time especially for the milkshakes! Highly recommend!
We have three picnic tables. You could get a order to go and eat it there.
