I booked a room from 7/30-8/1. Upon arriving the room was dirty! Health hazard especially because I had a newborn (I called the health department to let them know.) . On 7/31 I had a family emergency and left early. I put my key in the drop box as instructed and left. After leaving I was informed that someone came to the counter claiming they knew me and requested for the key for MY ROOM! USING MY INFORMATION. The host never verified the person asking for the key and never called me to confirm it was okay for them to stay in the room. The person didn't sign the authorization form and should of never been allowed to stay in the room under my name. After addressing this with the host he claimed since I put the key in the box they can do whatever that want with the room. But the woman had to verify my info to retrieve the key. So they never closed my account an allowed this woman to stay in room she did not pay for. I only requested that I be refunded for 1 night out of the 2 I initially stayed and he refused and again stated he can do whatever he wants with the room. He gave out my personal information even if she was able verify it that alone was a violation. My name was on the reservation which if something happened made me reliable at the time. I request that I be refunded that one night since I did leave and they allowed someone else to occupy the room and never charged them but said it is no longer my room but the person had to used my info to retrieve a key.

Stayed here for 2 nights and was not the best. We we expecting in the least to get some sort of free wifi and it did not work at all. The router in the room was seemingly broken so our room had no service whatsoever. The shower in the room would be a mix of hot and cold water and was very unpleasant to take a shower. The room overall was stayable but not the cleanest either.

It is near the go cart that's all I can say nice. The bugs are absolutely terrible. My husband and I are covered in itchy and sore bug bites. There's no cleaning service. There's mold in the shower. The ceiling has mold and coming down. But the bugs are the worst.

Positive: Location and size of room Negative: Business did not make pet policy known before booking. That could not be canceled. Ended up leaving one point at the house and my baby crawled around for about 5 minutes before his legs were black from all the dirt. Purchased my own cleaning supplies.
