not clean i can deal with outdated but not nasty. we stayed for one night and if we could have just left, we would have. the pillows smelled like sweat and the top bedspread had stains (you could tell from being old). the wall had holes that had drywall mud over them not painted along with fixtures that were broken or not secured. The bathroom was the worst the smell of pee and body order was strong the floor was dirty and there was splashes of i dont know what up the wall. also the night staff was very rude . do not stay here there is outdated places that are at least clean!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on Riverchase! I did read reviews and they said don’t stay on the first floor, I requested no first floor. We stayed on the second. Horrible experience in March 2022! Cabinet door was broken off and had screws sticking out (ok we will deal with that), online pictures are deceiving (we knew it wouldn’t be as nice, again we can deal with that), the SMELL was awful - it was a weird smell can’t describe it (STUNK tho) and couldn’t mask it at all. Bathroom isn’t cleaned well either. We stayed one night woke up and BUGS!! Roaches to be exact! We killed 4 and then check out! WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. We had a second room as well. It smelled gross too and had dirty towels in the bathroom. They might need to retrain housekeeping. - (once again my strong opinion!) If you do stay, I hope you have a better experience and a clean room.

Could have done better cleaning service for the price of room. Shower curtains not long enough for showers so it has mold all around out side of shower. Mattresses very lumpy. Pillows very flat and can't be fluffed. Found crayons behind the bed and other trash. Pillows fall behind the bed between headboard and mattress. Baseboards were very dusty and nasty. I like that there was 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Microwave and fridge. Those were the pluses.

We just spent the weekend here. And God I wish I would have read the reviews first. For anyone wondering if the reviews are true, they are! My family has came back home with bed bug bites like crazy. In between our fingers on our backs on our faces. There was little cockroaches in our room as well. It was awful. The bathroom in our room was disgusting. It looked like no one had cleaned the toilet or behind the toilet in months. Needless to say we was happy to leave today and will NOT ever be going back or recommending this place to anyone.

Can’t say that every room has bed bugs, but they are definitely on the property. I had my door open letting the room air out while I changed the bed covers with my own. Some guy stopped by my door and advised me to check for bed bugs because they were in rooms on the bottom floor. I checked the one bed and didn’t see anything, however the next morning, found one crawling on my pillow. Went to front desk, clerk confirmed that it was indeed a bed bug. Have spent the last two days cleaning and disinfecting each and everything that was in that room!! Trashing some stuff. Have a message on voicemail apologizing, that’s it, no refund. Truly has been a disaster!

I've stayed there couple times is been clean the people where very friendly is not a five star but it's has indoor and outdoor pool great for kids good deal for the money
I believe reservations opened at 4pm but they let you check in early if the room is ready, close at 11
Yes ,but when we were there, the heating units were not working
They've changed ownership and are remodeling. They may not be open right now. We tried to get our rooms for the rodrun and they are sold out since the beginning of January!!! They rented rooms for 2 days instead of 3 like normal and are messed up!
Yes, was there around Christmas 2019, stayed on 3rd floor. They absolutely do still have bed bugs. Packed up and left!
