The staff was kind & friendly. BUT the rooms are not all they are hyped up to be. I always go by reviews when booking, I was very disappointed. The first room was not clean, the table had salt/food crumbs all over it, the shower head was about to fall off at any moment, there was a huge crack in the door (closed). I reported all of my findings and they gave us another room. It was not much better. There was still a huge crack in the door (closed), which made both rooms incredibly hot. The outdoor area was not very clean. We were able to cancel our reservations with no issue but be cautious of your stay. If you have high expectations I encourage you to book elsewhere.

We found the Mountain Breeze a few years back and I'm so glad we did. We absolutely love this place. My biggest concern when staying places is a clean room and this place is the best when I arrive I know I don't have to worry about anything like I do when I stay other places and the front desk people are incredible they are the friendliest. We absolutely love the Mountain Breeze!

we would give this place a 10!!! - The staff were super sweet and lovely - the rooms were clean, and beds were comfortable - we decided to stay 2 nights because of how amazing the first night was.. They have coffee, hot coco, donuts, popcorn, cookies all the office and its all free - its next to dollar general so if you forget something at home you can just walk next door and get it- super convenient.. we would recommend this place and our next trip we are reserving this hotel - the only down fall is the small bathroom -

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway for his birthday. As soon as we walked into the office, we weren't treated like just customers, we were treated like family! The owners and staff make you feel so welcomed and they really will go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as can be! Our room was beautiful and clean (it was even a smoking room!) They have an amazing HEATED pool that we got to enjoy in the middle of winter! They have lovely treats in the office available at any time, and they have vending machines and ice makers too. Just can't say enough great things about this place! I will say this however, my husband and I will never stay at any other hotel as long as there's room on our trips to Pigeon Forge from here on out!

Yes they do! However, the management does not hold the handicapped parking spaces exclusively for those staying in the rooms. We had quite a walk from where we parked to our room. They also state in the office on a sign "no smoking within 50 feet of the building". Although we complained that a person in the next room was sitting right outside our door smoking, the people working in the office did nothing. Why have a rule about smoking or handicapped spaces if you do not enforce the use of them for people who need them.
