Yes they do! However, the management does not hold the handicapped parking spaces exclusively for those staying in the rooms. We had quite a walk from where we parked to our room. They also state in the office on a sign "no smoking within 50 feet of the building". Although we complained that a person in the next room was sitting right outside our door smoking, the people working in the office did nothing. Why have a rule about smoking or handicapped spaces if you do not enforce the use of them for people who need them.
