Positive: The location and price can't be beat if you're going to Dollywood. The hotel and room were very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly. Parking was adequate and convenient. Negative: It was a great experience. One minor inconvenience: we got a 2 bedroom suite (3 kids 2 adults), and the ac unit was in the 1st bedroom. It cooled that room well but did not cool the back bedroom very well.

We have been staying here many years for September Rod Run. This year January came and our deposit was due and when the owners hadn’t heard from us they figured something was wrong. They were right. My son passed on January and it took me a bit to function. They reached out and worked with us so we didn’t loose our standing reservation we have had for many years! I’m thankful because this year will be more about mental health then just a rod run for us. Thank you!

I honestly have nothing negative to say about the place. We will return. Very clean, friendly and homey environment. Kids loved the pool, balcony is nice and suites are spacious. Can't beat the price either. Highly recommend.

Yeah riverside is almost in the middle of Pigeon Forge and only 10 minutes from everything there, (depends on the traffic) and if you stay Sunday - Thursday, then stop by a welcome center and they have coupons for Riverside buy one night, get a night free!
Excellent place for families to stay. They give you a coupon for breakfast at a pancake restaurant across the street or there is a kitchenette in your room if you want to cook your own. Also there is free coffee.
You would need to call. I didn't see any pets during our visit.
