I work across the street and when I walk over they will not open the doors for dining in this has happened several times at this Burger King. I walked away without food . From what I understand the lobby should not be closed for lunch. I took my business to Arby's.

Darren took our order at the drive-thru and gave us one of the best customer services I've received in my life through the speakers! When taking our payment, he continued with great use of his voice and demeanor making the experience easy and gave us options, made it easier and fast to complete our order. That was followed by an equally great experience with the window server at that moment, Jerry. He was very joyful and treated us with humor and respect at the same time. I just had to ask for their names!!

If you go here, and they get your order wrong be prepared to have Jerry bad mouth you, tell other employees to tarnish your food while you wait for a replacement. Never coming back

They banned me without warning for calling and complaining about a past order that was drenched in mustard and threatened to call the cops when I went in next without knowing I was banned.
