Went to Morton's last night for my niece's 30th birthday and it was an HORRIBLE experience!!!! One if not the worst experiences I've had out at a restaurant in Charlotte. We was at the restaurant for 3 hours and came home without eating. Server was not on top of her game not enough engagement from her at our table. Got our plates 2 hours after sitting and they was cold. Spoke to a manager Troy who was very impatient and seemed like he could care less about our experience. The manager was supposed to take care of our tickets. After the server took full plates of food back to the kitchen she came back with everyone's full tickets and I had extra food I did NOT order on my ticket. Had to ask for the other manager in house so of course that was an additional 30 minutes or so. Within this time I watched the cook playing with his nasty phone then he proceeded to touch raw food. Server didn't even know we had a birthday cake but at this point we didn't want the cake out the box. We're still hungry and aggravated! Guess what the Server comes with the cake out the box and apparently she messed up the decoration at the bottom of the cake when she took it out the box smh no surprise!!! Sadly it was another Birthday behind us and they waited an hour and a half with no food so they left hungry as well. The one manager blamed this poor service on being a Saturday night. There's no excuses a few of us have restaurant experience. I will not EVER suggest this place to anyone to be so expensive they surely need better customer service. Terrible!!!!

If 0 stars could be given I would rate it that! Customer service is terrible! I’ve had better experience at MCDONALDS! My party and I were not served food! There was an issue with them sitting us after reservations were made days prior! After waiting nearly 2 hours food was never brought to our table even after ordering! Also told my sister she would not be able to eat after waiting 2 hours because they were out of what she ordered! We were discriminated because we are people of color!! Will never recommend this place to ANYONE

During my recent visit here, all staff and guests (unless actively eating) were wearing masks. All tables were spaced out more than needed for plentiful social distancing, and it was obvious that all surfaces had been recently and thoroughly sanitized. My wife and I felt very safe, and the manager went out of his way to thank us for following COVID guidelines.
The valet parking is complimentary. They have a parking garage in the building.
