Half of these people are very unprofessional and Doctors seem overwelmed with high volume case loads. I mean can our health concerns really be met if treated like in an assembly line?! I guess it Should be expected if accepting state insurance, sad. By the way...Frank Gorman(APRN-Nurse Practitioner not infact an MD) is one of the good ones. My only fear they will run him down too!

Irresponsible provider (Gorman). Condescending and rude. Didn't want to listen to anything I had to say but made sure to sully my record by providing inaccurate information in MyChart. Will be reporting him. Provided little guidance other than to "wait as long as [I could]" to take Suboxone. When I finally did take one it sent me into immediate precipitated withdrawals. Worst experience of my life. Frank's response was something like "oh, yeah, some people have to wait longer"... Horrified by the way I was treated and the way this program is run. Go to Apt Foundation instead if you can, they are much more helpful and accomodating. *In response to the reply I got on this post. Why? Why would I reach out to you to discuss this? How would that benefit me? It wouldn't. All set. Thanks.

I’m giving the location one star because the girls who answered the line at the reception area are awesome! Dr. Frank Gorman set is rude and unreliable. I contacted him several times by order of the court to obtain information on his drug treatment and addiction program he would never return my phone calls saying that it violated HIPAA rights. All I wanted was information about availability and how the program worked. But he refused to return my phone calls due to HIPAA. Very unprofessional and doesn’t let you speak.
