They said they open at 9 but at this time, nobody’s in this section. They said to come back tomorrow! Also when I called, they don’t even want to redeliver my package!!!What kind of post office is this? I mean you tell me!!!!

The staff here is nice and friendly though it had some issues in the past. However, this office often closes earlier than they should be (e.g.3-4 min earlier), so be aware of this.

What's the real phone number for this place. They think they're slick putting a 800 number because they don't wanna pickup the phone. I'm getting every package damaged in the mail and I need to sort out this issue.

Really how do you know this? I know the Springfield sorting facility is rough from experience over 10 years. But this was local to CT shipped from Amazon warehouse. I'm about to install a video doorbell to catch any rough mailmen. I can't keep affording all this broken stuff.
