Had me waiting for almost half an hour in the drive through thus holding up traffic for this service. This situation should never have happened. With good management they would have asked me to park at the front of the bank and serviced me there instead of having a long line of frustrated customers. I was only depositing a check from a title company who actually banks with Wells Fargo. Most inefficient and discourteous.
