Absolutely horrible service my son had a 102 fever coughing up dark green phlegm and was complaining of breathing problems so after we arrived they made us wait almost 50 minutes after our appointment just to be seen by the nurse never mind the doctor when the nurse practitioner finally came in all they did was tell us there's no need for antibiotics because they could do more harm when I asked why she couldn't give me an answer why then I asked for possibly prednisone and I kid you not the nurse practitioner said yeah we could probably do that then got up and said well good luck I hope you feel better and walked out of the room no prescriptions no nothing 6 hours ended up in the emergency room with 103 fever and my son finally got his prednisone later the next day he was already feeling much better this hospital is one of the biggest jokes I've ever been to and would never go back I've heard good things about their pediatric Ward but they're w alk-in clinic is something out of a third world country

I love the doctors and nurses there. But they have to do something the wait you have to do. And that is in mostly all departments.

Once you scan your card at the desk it is about a 5-10 minute wait the scanner is linked to all department computers i went for a follow up on Tuesday scanned my card my dietician came out i asked how she knew i was there she said it shows up on her computer i just laughed
