So I'll start with saying that my insurance forces me to go here. I need an MRI which was ordered STAT by my specialist. I got the appointment fast, in two days. That exam was supposed to be yesterday. Shields has canceled three times with no regard for the STAT need of the test. The person I last spoke to was not helpful and unsympathetic. I relented and agreed to thedelay. I mean the deductible would be 1100.00 otherwise. Now it's the day of testing, the cancel again!! This is to rule ot metastatic cancer. I am just shocked at this care.

Complete utter joke and waste of time. They have people working there that can't even understand or comprehend english. Communication is a joke. This place is a waste of time and money. Avoid this dump.

way overpriced.. but in america, imaging is a cartel. In europe these tests cost 1/10 as much. But, price is better than at st. lukes.

Staff is nice but unfortunately went there twice and they were running behind with no phone call telling me so. In the past, I have never had that problem. Staff was caring and courtesy with the MRI's that I did have. Going to try again.

Call them and cancel
You can go to shieldsmriportal and then set up a user name and password to log in and then your MRI and reports are right there to review. You get everything that your physician will receive.
