What's the real phone number for this place. They think they're slick putting a 800 number because they don't wanna pickup the phone. I'm getting every package damaged in the mail and I need to sort out this issue.

Really how do you know this? I know the Springfield sorting facility is rough from experience over 10 years. But this was local to CT shipped from Amazon warehouse. I'm about to install a video doorbell to catch any rough mailmen. I can't keep affording all this broken stuff.

That is not a local office issue honestly. It's a plant issue. The office receives the parcels damaged like that. You are better off calling the 800 number.
