Went to the ER last week and was told to follow up with my PCP. Tried to make an appointment and see if I needed to redo my blood work. Nurses (Alexis) did not know what to do, asking for help and calling me back to ask me the same questions, she basically said anything for me To get off the phone with her. I waited at the lab for my lab slip that was never called in, for her to just say I need a lab slip from someone else and stated I haven’t seen the MD in awhile. That’s why I needed a follow up appointment that was never made. Wasted my time. As a medical assistant this was not how things should’ve been handled. Felix De Jesus Roman MD needed to follow up with me and failed to do so after my ER visit. Very Disappointed.

I've be going to grjffern for while now I like griffern but senice covid dr are afraid to take care of there patients . I'm wonder what happen to oath they make to care for patients. So drscare forcing covid vacinne so if they work why are they afraid to see sick patiant . Just because of covid don't mean the rest of colds stop . Time to find other dr office
