Service was fantastic, and our food was nailed perfectly. It was on the pricy side, BUT it was worth it. My burger was remarkable, as I am still thinking about it! We enjoyed the atmosphere, and energetic staff. Definitely make reservations though! We attempted to walk in the evening before, and they were packed. Also- if you’re a Bloody Mary lover… get ya one! Or two!

I have been to this location a few times over the past several years. I have never had bad service here. The staff is always friendly and the service is prompt. I know that this is a chain restaurant, but personally the food has never stood out to me as exceptional in any way, and it is way overpriced for what you get. All in all it is mediocre food and drinks buttressed by great staff and overall service.

I’ve been to this location a few times, this time I read the reviews before returning this time and the reviews keep bringing up someone named Sammie. We went there curious of who Sammie was but she was off. We were taken care of by Jessie. He was very nice. We live out of state and he was very helpful on the local dinner shows to help us decide where we would go. The food was very good. And ofc we will be back next year.

The customer service and food here was great! Out waitress, Crystal, took very good care of us. She was very attentive and came to check on us often. The food was delicious as well. It was a bit overpriced for the food options but we were on vacation sooo... Anyhow, it was our first visit to a Hard Rock Cafe and it was good.
