BEWARE!!! They will scam you out of $150 admin Fee! So One day I decided to come on Rentcafe.com to look up a Apartment to move in with me and my 2 toddlers. I seen there were several Apartments available at Marquis Apartments 2/2 , So after I applied the same day (Which I was the Primary Applicant) I gave The rental office a call , to my surprise I was told that the apartment was for someone else but they didn't apply yet so it's not available, I kindly ask the lady can she cancel my application and send me back my money she was nice and told me she would have to speak to her higher ups (which was a lie) but she can definitely can get me my refund since it's within the 3 days,I proceeded to call Rentcafe for clarification about refunds, and a representative told me Marquis Apartments can cancel my application and refund me on their end since they are the ones who processes the application. A week later I'm concerned because I have yet to received my refund so I keep emailing and calling them back to back (They didn't cancel my application until weeks later which results me into not getting my App+ Admin fee back) , Finally someone named Sharon emails me back and tells me the application is non refundable!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! THEY ARE TAKING FROM SINGLE MOTHERS DURING A PANDEMIC!!
